About AvidJet Owner, Brandon Wilson
Before starting AvidJet in 2015, Brandon was the Director of Private Operations at an international aircraft detailing company where he oversaw operations at 9 service centers throughout the U.S.
Brandon's passion for aviation began 17 years ago as an airframes and hydraulics mechanic on KC-130's in the U.S. Marine Corps. After returning home to Midland, MI and obtaining his private pilot license, Brandon attended Northwood University where he received his Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Administration.
During this time, Brandon gained valuable knowledge of the aviation industry while working at a Fixed Based Operator, aircraft detailer in a corporate flight department, and customer service / gate agent at a regional airline at MBS Int'l Airport. Brandon also spent time as a scheduler and dispatcher for a part 135 charter operator at Centennial Airport in Englewood, CO.
Outside of aviation, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and his 2 children, Joseph and Avianna. He also dedicates time to volunteer for Junior Achievement, Project Angel Tree, and the annual Toys for Tots campaign.
